File Number: 20-498 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized; and <br />That $42,359 in local matching funds from Development Fees for Street Improvements <br />(DFSI) fund balance reserves (Fund 120) shall be used to appropriate funds in to account <br />120-38-349-5240 for Fiscal Year 2020-21; and <br />That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to negotiate and approve individual <br />contract amendments up to 10% ($8,386) and cumulative amendments up to a maximum of 25% <br />($20,965). <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 12/2/2020
