There was <br />an implementation schedule adopted and as of July 1, 2019 the Minimum Wage in San Leandro is $14 <br />per hour. <br />Actions taken to enhance coordination between public and private housing and social service <br />agencies. 91.220(k); 91.320(j) <br />Using CDBG funds, the City subcontracted with six (6) non-profit agencies to provide social services <br />programs. <br />In addition, the City participates in the HOME Consortium (HOME TAC) with six (6) other cities and the <br />County of Alameda. <br />The City also supports the Housing Authority of the County of Alameda (HACA) to operate the Section 8 <br />Rental Assistance Program within San Leandro. <br />Identify actions taken to overcome the effects of any impediments identified in the <br />jurisdictions analysis of impediments to fair housing choice. 91.520(a) <br />The attached City of San Leandro's Efforts to Affirmatively Further Fair Housing in the Jurisdiction matrix <br />lists the policies and actions identified in the Alameda County HOME Consortium Analysis of <br />Impediments to Fair Housing Choice that the City of San Leandro will work to implement to affirmatively <br />further fair housing in the jurisdiction. In addition the table specifies actions taken to remove those <br />impediments and identifies City staff or City -funded programs that carried out those actions.
