That $75,000 of matching funds are appropriated from Measure B Bicycle and <br />Pedestrian Fund balance to Account No. 144-36-440; and <br />4. That the City Manager is authorized to make non-substantial revisions to said <br />agreement, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney; and <br />5.
