The program has $5000 which will provide grants for <br />small businesses within the county impacted by COVID and is similar to what the City <br />launched several months ago. The State budget will have a surplus and it would be <br />good to develop a plan for needs. With the news of a vaccine, people are starting to <br />let their guard down. He also wanted to hear the plans hospitals had for the vaccine <br />and its storage. <br />Councilmember Lopez mentioned that the L.A. Times reported that California will <br />impose a limited curfew due to COVID surge.
