<br />San Leandro Public Library <br />Memory Lab <br />2021-2022 <br />40-9281 <br />Page 2 of 40 <br /> <br /> <br />PROJECT SUMMARY <br /> <br />AWARD AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CALIFORNIA STATE LIBRARY <br />and San Leandro Public Library for the Memory Lab <br />AWARD AGREEMENT NUMBER 40-9281 <br /> <br />This Award Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on December 30, 2021 by and <br />between the California State Library (“State Library”) and San Leandro Public Library, <br />(“Subrecipient”). <br />This Award Agreement pertains to San Leandro Public Library’s LSTA-funded <br />Memory Lab project. <br />The Library Development Services Bureau (“LDS”) of the State Library administers <br />state and federal funds in the form of awards. <br />The Subrecipient was selected by the State Library to receive LSTA award funds in the <br />amount of $19,360 through the process adopted by the State Library in administering <br />such grants. <br />The State Library and the Subrecipient, for the consideration and under the <br />conditions hereinafter set forth in the Grant Agreement, agree as follows: <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: BFA82BFD-E288-4CA3-B9FB-BAC4531C0FB0 <br />In Process
