<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 3/23/21 <br />Consultant, LLC for Website Update Project Exhibit A – Page 1 of 16 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Scope Overview: <br /> <br />Consulting Engagement <br />During consulting sessions, consultant will meet with City project team staff to evaluate needs and make <br />recommendations for implementation solutions. Consultant will also guide City to set realistic timelines and <br />tasks for implementation as well as assist in setting goals and sustainment plans for launch and beyond. <br /> <br />Custom Layout Design <br />Consultant will build custom layout and design, including an option for up to three advanced design <br />components – layout or design elements that require significant time to style and implement. <br /> <br />Mood Board & Layout Proposal <br />Consultant Project Team will present a custom mood board, a collection of colors and images used to align <br />the visual direction of the project. To ensure effective usability, Consultant Project Team will also provide a <br />custom, greyscale layout proposal for City review and approval. This layout wireframe is used to establish <br />the order, placement, and layout of home page content as needed to achieve City’s usability goals. Once <br />approved, the mood board and layout proposal will be used to guide the design concept for City website. <br /> <br />Content Migration <br />Consultant’s Content Development team will migrate the agreed upon number of pages of content <br />(including their text, documents, and images) from current website to new, CivicEngage website. Content <br />will be enhanced for usability and accessibility, and Consultant will organize website pages to make them <br />easy to navigate. <br /> <br />Training <br />Consultant’s Trainer will deliver virtual training sessions for both administrators and users. These sessions <br />will be customized to equip City staff with the knowledge and comfort level needed to prepare City’s <br />website for launch and maintain it in the future.
