High Strength Waste (HSW) Receiving Facility <br /> <br />Provide and install necessary infrastructure in order to make food processing waste reception <br />of 5,800 gallons per day possible at Digester #4 (west of the FOG building). <br />o Scope of Work includes: <br />• Engineering design <br />• Demolition, removal and disposal of existing Fats, Oils, and Grease <br />receiving station, including: <br />• Iron sponge <br />• All necessary equipment and piping required within the building <br />• Site preparation <br />• Equipment pads as required <br />• Clean and repurpose the existing 13,000 gallon polyethylene tank for HSW <br />storage <br />• Provide and install one (1) 13,000 gallon polyethylene tank <br />• Provide and install one (1) carbon canister odor scrubber <br />• Provide and install one (1) rock trap at location of current receiving <br />connection <br />• Provide and install one (1) HSW fill/recirculation pump inside existing <br />building <br />• Provide and install one (1) HSW feed pump inside existing building <br />• Provide and install necessary PHSW piping required for the operational <br />system, including: <br />• Interconnection piping between HSW equipment <br />• Injection piping into the digester <br />• Piping continuance from old micro turbine area to the Digester <br />#1-3 control building for injection <br />• Provide and install (2) Level sensors (one in each HSW storage tank) <br />• Provide and install (1) Flow meter on feed pump discharge <br />• Electrical disconnect and reconnect <br />• Electrical conduit and required panels/connections <br />• SCADA programming for the addition of this equipment. <br />• Equipment and system start-up and testing. <br />o Scope Assumptions: <br />• The existing FOG control panel can be reused for sending <br />communication signals to plant SCADA system <br />• The existing “FOG” line from Digester #4 control building to the old <br />micro turbines can be reused <br />o Scope of Work Excludes: <br />• Any modifications, rehabilitations, or upgrades to the existing FOG building <br />structure beyond what is normally needed for a functional system. <br />• Controls routing between the FOG building and nearest Programmable <br />Logic Controller (PLC) cabinet (see assumption above) <br />• Routing of HSW piping between Digester #4 control building and old <br />micro turbines (see assumption above) <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 1DDC1773-ED91-404B-97DD-AC3EFDBAD0DD
