CALIFORNIA JOINT POWERS RISK MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY <br />PROGRAM YEAR 2019 - 2020 <br />ENDORSEMENT NO. 2 <br />Exclusion number 39 (Watercraft), set forth in Section VI of the Memorandum of <br />Coverage, is hereby modified by exempting therefrom The City of Lodi, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1) The exemption is applicable to the pontoon boats utilized for the City's camera <br />safari tours. <br />2) Everyone on the boats is required to wear Coast Guard approved floatation <br />devices. <br />3) A Coast Guard "Masters Limited" certification must be completed. <br />This endorsement is issued to: The City of Lodi <br />This endorsement forms a part of the Memorandum of Coverage for the program year <br />indicated above. <br />Effective date: July 1, 2019 <br />July 1, 2019 <br />Date <br />Tony Giles, General Manager <br />
