CALIFORNIA JOINT POWERS RISK MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY <br />PROGRAM YEAR 2019 - 2020 <br />ENDORSEMENT NO.3 <br />With respect to any claims arising out of the ownership, maintenance, management, <br />supervision or the condition of port facilities owned or controlled by the parties named below, <br />there shall be no coverage in "Pool C" or "Pool D." Coverage in "Pool B" shall be excess of, <br />and shall not contribute with, any insurance or coverage provided to the parties listed below <br />by the insurer/coverage provider for any contractor (whether public or private) under contract <br />to operate or service the port facilities. But coverage in "Pool B" shall not be excess of any <br />insurance or coverage provided by or through the California Association of Port Authorities, <br />the U.S. Ports & Terminal Operators Risk Purchasing Group, and shall instead apply (in excess <br />of YCPARMIA's coverage) to satisfy part of the $1 million Self Insured Retention under CAPA <br />coverage. <br />This <br />endorsement is issued to: The Yolo County Public Agency Risk Management Insurance <br />Authority (YCPARMIA), and its member, the City of West Sacramento. <br />This endorsement forms a part of the Memorandum of Coverage for the program year <br />indicated above. <br />Effective date: July 1, 2019 <br />July 1, 2019 <br />Date <br />Tony Giles, General Manager <br />
