ECHO Housing did not need to submit an application in response to the <br />City’s RFP because it serves as the City’s contracted fair housing service provider - HUD <br />requires all CDBG entitlement grantees to affirmatively further fair housing. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />The sum of the five grants is $128,253.
