FINANCIAL SUMMARIES SECTION 4 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The City’s Financial Summaries Section provides graphics and tables of information <br />which highlight key financial relationships and summarize the overall biennial budget <br />document. The section includes a biennial budget summary for all funds; an overview of <br />the City’s revenue sources and description by fund type and category; expenditure <br />summaries by fund type and category; a transfer summary for all funds operating and <br />capital; and the five-year forecast assumptions for all funds. <br />25 <br />58
