Resources Code (“PRC”) §§ 21000 et seq.; 14 Cal. Code Regs. (“CCR” or “CEQA Guidelines”) §§ <br />15000 et seq. <br />2 This appeal is also accompanied by payment of the appeal fee of $534.00 for the City Clerk and <br />$568 for the Planning Department in accordance with the City of San Leandro Fee Schedule <br />(“Appeal Fee”). Receipts documenting concurrent payment of the Appeal Fee are attached hereto as <br />Exhibit 1. <br />60
