Developed AERMOD models to demonstrate plaintiff’s exposure. <br /> <br />Client: Baron & Budd P.C. (Dallas Texas) and Korein Tillery (St. Louis, Missouri) <br />Served as a consulting expert for a Class Action defective product claim filed in Madison County, Illinois against <br />Syngenta and five other manufacturers for atrazine. Evaluated health issues associated with atrazine and deterimied <br />treatment cost for filtration of public drinking water supplies. (Dallas, Texas) <br />Served as a consulting expert to calculate the Maximum Allowable Dose Level (MADL) and No Significant Risk <br />Level (NSRL), based on Cal EPA and OEHHA guidelines, for Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) in fish oil dietary <br />supplements. <br /> <br />Client: Girardi Keese (Los Angeles, California) <br />Served as an expert testifying on hydrocarbon exposure of a woman who worked on a fuel barge operated by <br />Chevron. Demonstrated that the plaintiff was exposed to excessive amounts of benzene. <br /> <br />Client: Mason & Cawood (Annapolis, Maryland) and Girardi & Keese (Los Angeles, California) <br />Serving as an expert consultant on the Battlefield Golf Club fly ash disposal site in Chesapeake, VA, where arsenic, <br />other metals and radionuclides are leaching into groundwater, and ash is blowing off-site onto the surrounding <br />communities. <br /> <br />Client: California Earth Mineral Corporation (Culver City, California) <br />Evaluating the montmorillonite clay deposit located near El Centro, California.
