Page 1 of 6 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND CSG CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR WASHINGTON AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT NO. 2018.4020 This Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of San Leandro (“City”) and CSG Consultants, Inc. (“Consultant”) (together sometimes referred to as the “Parties”) as of ________________________, 2021, and amends that certain Consulting Services Agreement (“Agreement”) dated June 30, 2020, between the Parties. WHEREAS, City and Consultant executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Consultant provided City certain consulting services with regard to the Washington Avenue Reconstruction project, Project No. 2018.4020 and WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to add additional scope of work; and NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. Section 2 of the Agreement entitled “Compensation” is hereby amended to pay Consultant a sum not to exceed $273,665 (an increase of $24,818); and 2. Exhibit A of the Agreement entitled “Scope of Services” – add the following: a. Collect data required to design the intersection of Castro Street and Washington Ave to ADA standard, while reducing the curb return radiuses to enhance pedestrian access. b. Evaluate and upgrade traffic signals as necessary to improve pedestrian access at the Castro Street and Washington Avenue intersection. c. Provide design packages from the efforts in a. and b. above at 50%, 100% and Bid package submittal stages. 3.
