The environmental services and written <br />programs that are available include: <br />• Air Quality Management District Air Permits, Local Regulation. <br />• Hazardous Materials Business Plan, CH&SC 25500. <br />• Hazardous Waste Management, 22 CCR 66261 – 66280. <br />• Medical Waste Management, CH&SC 117935 & 117960. <br />• Spill Prevention and Countermeasures Plan, 40 CFR 112 <br />• Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program, Order 97-03-DWQ. <br />• Underground Storage Tank Management, 23 CCR 2600 -2715. <br />d) Assist with the following environmental health recordkeeping requirements: <br />• Chemical Inventory • MSDS Procurement <br />• Spill Response Systems • Facility Mapping <br />• CFC-12 & HFC-134 <br />compliance <br />• Hazardous Material <br />Placarding <br />e) Perform risk assessments and job hazard analysis (JHA) of hazardous operations <br />as required. <br />f) Conduct periodic facility EH&S inspections as required. Inspection findings are <br />provided in a checklist format with recommended corrective actions. Reports are <br />sent to the client within a week of the inspection. <br />g) Provide regular on-site training at the direction of the client.
