City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: July 19, 2021 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:21-431 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Fran Robustelli <br />City Manager <br />BY:Debbie Pollart <br />Interim Assistant City Manager <br />FINANCE REVIEW:Susan Hsieh <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Authorize the City <br />Manager to Execute Amendment No. 1 to Non-Professional Services Agreement <br />with Steve’s Pool Service for Annual Pool Maintenance for an additional <br />$59,500, per year, for Fiscal Years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 <br />WHEREAS, a draft amendment to the agreement between the City of San Leandro and <br />Steve’s Pool Service was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the <br />agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That said amendment to the agreement substantially in the form presented is hereby <br />approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non-substantial revisions to said <br />agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br />3.
