Post Indicator Valve (PIV) will be monitored <br />and equipped with a break away lock. <br />45. Fire Sprinkler. Riser Inspection Tag. Ensure existing fire sprinkler riser has a <br />current Title 19 - 5-year inspection tag. <br />46. Place Hazardous Material Data Sheets. Hazardous Material Data Sheets will <br />be located on the wall in the sales office adjacent to the fire alarm panel room. <br />47. Appliance Inspections. All appliance shall be listed or have a 3rd party <br />inspection. <br />48. Monitored Fire Alarm System. Install an operational monitored Fire Alarm <br />System with a Document Box to facilitate approved Fire Alarm Documents. <br />Ensure that the fire alarm monitoring account number and Fire Alarm Central <br />Servicing Center phone number is clearly visible and listed on the FACP. <br />49. Fire Alarm Annunciator Panel. Fire Alarm Annunciator Panel (if applicable) <br />will be located within the sales area adjacent to the building main door entry. <br />50. Delayed / Controlled Access Door Operation. Any delayed / controlled <br />operated access doors will be released upon activation from the fire alarms <br />system. <br />51.
