File Number: 21-555 <br />to continue the Project Literacy service which provides low-literate adults and non-native English <br />speaking adults with free tutoring services and programs; and <br />WHEREAS, Project Literacy was awarded CLLS funding of $104,178 for FY 2021-2022. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby RESOLVES as <br />follows: <br />1.That the City Council accepts, and the City Manager is authorized to execute all <br />documents related to the CLLS award for continued literacy and tutoring services <br />and programs totaling $104,178; and <br />2.That an appropriation of the CLLS funding of $104,178 to account #150-3607 for <br />expenditures from account #150-68-019 is approved. <br />3.That an original executed agreement shall be attached to and made a part of this <br />resolution. <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 10/14/2021
