All <br />food related trash items such as wrappers, cans, bottles, and food scraps shall <br />be disposed of in closed containers only and shall be regularly removed from the <br />site. Inspections, conducted as part of the regular construction compliance, will <br />be conducted to ensure compliance of the Applicant/Property Owner and <br />contractors with these requirements. <br />20. A Park Facilities Development Impact Fee shall be assessed assuming 498 <br />"multi -family" dwelling units (du) as follows: <br />Park Land Acquisition Fee: $15,122.00/du or $7,530,756.00 <br />Park Improvement Fee: $2,387.00/du or $1,188,726.00 <br />Total Park Impact Fee: $17,509.00/du or $8,719,482.00 <br />21. The Applicant/Property Owner has the option to pay only the Park Improvement <br />fee and dedicate land to the City for use as a Public Park. Using this option, the <br />Park Improvement fee is due in the amount of $1,188,726.00, and the required <br />park land dedication is 3.34 acres. These fees were calculated using the Fiscal <br />Year 2020-21 fee rates and are due at Building Permit issuance unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. These fees are subject to change on July 1 of <br />each year and are not vested until Building Permit issuance. <br />22. The Development Fee for Street Improvement (DFSI) shall be assessed in the <br />amount of $763,254.72 which is calculated at $1,532.64 per residential unit. <br />These fees were calculated using the Fiscal Year 2020-21 fee rates and are due <br />at time of Building Permit Issuance unless otherwise approved by the City <br />Engineer. These fees are subject to change on July 1st of each year and are not <br />vested until Building Permit issuance. <br />23. East 14th Street is in the City's adopted Underground Utility District Master Plan. <br />The Underground Utility District Master Plan can be found at: <br />https://www.sanleandro.org/documents/1992%20Underground%20Utility%20Di <br />st%20Master%20PIan.pdf. The undergrounding overhead utility conversion fee <br />in the amount of $177,431.81, will be due at the time of Building Permit issuance <br />unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. This fee was calculated using <br />the Fiscal Year 2020-21 fee rate of $402.80 per linear foot of frontage. This fee <br />is subject to change on July 1 of each year and is not vested until Building Permit <br />issuance. <br />VII. ALAMEDA COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />1. A formal plan check review will be completed at time of building permit submittal. <br />The building will need to comply with all building and fire code requirements in <br />affect at time of building permit submittal. <br />2. The building shall comply with all Building and Fire Codes requirements for <br />building size, height, exiting, and protection of shafts and corridors. <br />3. All Building Data shall be provided on the cover sheet when submitting for <br />building permits.
