D. At no time shall operations at Certified Blue Recycling (CBR) be in violation -of <br />the City's Franchise Agreement for the hauling of solid waste, recyclables and <br />green waste services per Sections 3-6-320 and 3-6-340 of the San Leandro <br />Municipal Code. <br />E. Recycling Hotline (510) 577-6026. www.recyclesanleandro.org <br />F. CBR is currently a Recycling Certification Institute (RCI) certified Mixed C&D <br />processing facility. CBR shall maintain its certified status with RCI, or an <br />equivalent third -party facility certification program approved by City Staff, while <br />operating in the City of San Leandro. <br />G. Applicant shall clean and collect litter in the area of operation every day that <br />the facility is open, as well as along the frontage of Williams Street in the public <br />rights of way on both sides of the street no less than three times a week at a <br />distance of at least 250 feet from the facility entrance in both the eastbound <br />and westbound directions. <br />H. Applicant shall not accept the following wastes: <br />i. Hazardous, radioactive, medical (as defined in the Medical Waste <br />Management Act, California Health and Safety Code Section <br />117960), putrescible, liquid, liquid sludge, designated waste <br />I. Applicant shall not allow the scavenging or salvaging of wastes for personal <br />use by the public, employees or any unauthorized personnel. <br />J. Solid waste in the incoming stream of C&D/Inert materials raises both odor and <br />pest concerns. Material shall be removed within 48 hours from time of receipt, <br />including Saturdays to accommodate landfill closures on Sundays. Material <br />storage may also be extended up to 48 hours for solid waste collected on the <br />day preceding landfill observed holidays. <br />K. Records of incoming materials and outgoing salvage and materials shall be <br />maintained as weights, not as volumes. <br />L. Applicant is required to submit Quarterly Disposal Reports to the City of San <br />Leandro Recycling Program.' Quarterly reports shall be submitted <br />electronically (Recycle@SanLeandro.org) no later than the 20th of the month <br />immediately following the end of the quarter, including: <br />i. Total monthly tons of inbound materials by material type; and <br />ii. An itemized report of materials destined for landfill that includes: <br />iii. Ticket/Tag/Id Number <br />iv.
