B. Provide documentation for all trailers, canopies, or buildings attached to the <br />main building or within 15 feet is permitted through the building department. <br />C. Outside storage of combustible materials shall not be located within 10 feet of <br />a lot line. (Exception: separation distance is allowed to be. reduced to 3 feet for <br />storage not exceeding 6 feet in height). <br />D. Storage underneath high -voltage transmission lines shall be in accordance with <br />San Leandro Municipal Code Section 316.6.2: <br />a. Outdoor storage within the utility's easement underneath high voltage <br />transmission lines shall be limited to non-combustible material. Storage of <br />hazardous materials including, but not limited to, flammable and <br />combustible liquids is prohibited. <br />i. Exception: combustible storage, including vehicles and fuel storage <br />for back-up power equipment serving public utility equipment is <br />allowed, provided that a plan including the storage configuration is <br />submitted and approved. <br />VII. WATER POLLUTION CONTROL DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. An additional capacity fee has not been assessed because the plans do not <br />indicate additional water and sewer usage. The City reserves the right to review <br />water use after one year and assess a capacity fee if adding the additional <br />processing capacity results in additional water use. <br />VIII. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Any plant debris (grass, leaves, shrubbery, vines, tree branches, etc.) shall be <br />separated and diverted to a composting facility in accordance with the Alameda <br />County Waste Management Authority Mandatory Recycling Ordinance 2012- <br />01 and Plant Debris Landfill Ban Ordinance. <br />B. Inbound materials shall be visually inspected for putrescible waste upon arrival <br />to the site. Any putrescible waste found shall be properly containerized and <br />removed from the site within 48 hours. <br />C. Recovered materials shall not remain on site for longer than 90 days from the <br />day of receipt. Should the Applicant need additional time, Applicant shall apply <br />for an extension from the Public Works Department by submitting an electronic <br />request via email to Recycle(aD-SanLeandro.orq. Request must include: <br />i. Justification for the extension; <br />ii. Material type(s); and <br />iii.
