The property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in interest <br />who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed of its terms and <br />conditions. <br />B. This Zoning Permit permits the Nonresidential Condominium Conversion of an <br />industrial building and property into seven parcels and one common interest parcel <br />at 2483-2495 Washington Avenue, also known as Alameda County Assessor's <br />Parcel Number 076-0279-032-00. <br />B. Construction of the project shall remain in substantial compliance with the <br />approved exhibits and plans.
