Grazzini to Joan M. <br />Grazzini, as Trustee of THE 2003 JOAN M. GRAZZINI REVOCABLE TRUST established <br />under declaration of trust dated August 11, 2003, recorded November 10, 2003, Series <br />No. 2003668421, Alameda County Records, being more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the northern line of Begier Avenue with the eastern line <br />of that certain 6 acre tract of land described in the deed from Charles H. Hastings, et al, to <br />J. H.
