Grazzini to Joan M. Grazzini, as Trustee of THE 2003 JOAN M. GRAZZINI REVOCABLE TRUST established under declaration of trust dated August 11, 2003, recorded November 10, 2003, Series No. 2003668421, Alameda County Records (being hereinafter referred to as "Grazzini Parcel A" for purposes of this description), and all of that parcel described in the grant deed from Joan M.
