Please see the Lighting Summary in Attachment B for detailed information on lighting scope, <br />quantities, and locations. <br />Retrofit existing exterior building-mounted CF lighting systems with new high efficiency LED lighting <br />systems. Please see the Lighting Detail in Attachment B for detailed information on lighting scope, <br />quantities, and locations. <br />Fire Station #12 <br />Controls <br />Provide and install a new building automation system (BAS) to control five (5) HVAC units. <br />The Scope of Work includes: <br />•Disconnection and removal of the existing thermostats. <br />•Installation of new control wiring as necessary. <br />•Installation of new wall mounted temperature sensors. <br />•Engineering, programming, commissioning, documentation, graphics, and start-up. <br />•Integration to the City’s existing Johnson Controls BAS network server. <br />The Scope of Work excludes: <br />•Any required upgrades or improvements to the existing network. <br />•Controls for existing evaporative cooling units, heating only units, ductless split system <br />units, and window AC units. <br />Mechanical <br />Replace five (5) packaged HVAC units with new high efficiency units of similar size and capacity. <br />The Scope of Work includes: <br />•Removal and proper disposal of the existing units per EPA guidelines. <br />•Proper disposal or containment of refrigerant. <br />•Installation of five (5) new packaged units. <br />•Duct/curb modifications needed to install units. <br />•Disconnection/reconnection of the existing electrical and gas service. <br />•Installation of new electrical disconnects. <br />•Protective coil coatings on the new units. <br />•Installation of economizers and MERV 13 filters as per manufacturer’s recommendations. <br />40
