Please see the Lighting Summary in Attachment B for detailed information on lighting scope, <br />quantities, and locations. <br />Fire Station #13 <br />Controls <br />Provide and install a new building automation system (BAS) to control one (1) HVAC unit. <br />The Scope of Work includes: <br />•Disconnection and removal of the existing thermostat. <br />•Installation of new control wiring as necessary. <br />•Installation of new wall mounted temperature sensor. <br />•Engineering, programming, commissioning, documentation, graphics, and start-up. <br />•Integration to the City’s existing Johnson Controls BAS network server. <br />The Scope of Work excludes: <br />•Any required upgrades or improvements to the existing network. <br />•Controls for existing evaporative cooling units, heating only units, ductless split system <br />units, and window AC units. <br />Mechanical <br />Replace one (1) packaged HVAC unit with a new high efficiency unit of similar size and capacity. <br />Please refer to the HVAC Mechanical Inventory for equipment size and location. <br />The Scope of Work includes: <br />•Removal and proper disposal of the existing unit per EPA guidelines. <br />•Proper disposal or containment of refrigerant. <br />•Installation of one (1) new packaged unit. <br />•Necessary duct/curb modifications. <br />•Disconnection/reconnection of the existing electrical and gas service. <br />•Installation of new electrical disconnect. <br />•Protective coil coatings on the new unit. <br />•Installation of economizer and MERV 13 filters as per manufacturer’s recommendations. <br />•Disconnection/reconnection of existing condensate drain line. <br />•Connection to the new BAS. <br />•Start-up/testing of the new unit. <br />41
