August 19, 2021Disaster Council Minutes <br />teachers and school staff to be provide proof of vaccination or submit to weekly tests. <br />The poor air quality is a concern because the District would like to get students <br />outside and air movement into the classrooms, though this summer they were able to <br />install new MERV 14 filters this summer in the new AC system. The State of California <br />started a program that now provides all public education students free breakfast and <br />lunch. <br />San Lorenzo Unified was not available. <br />Utilities <br />• PG&E <br />• EBCE <br />• EBMUD <br />2.F. <br />PG&E reported that recently there was a small PSPS event, the earliest one yet and <br />affected about 16 customers in Alameda County. With the upcoming Diablo winds, <br />PG&E will be monitoring the impact. PG&E has done a lot of work to put technology <br />into place that will help reduce the impact of PSPS events locally, especially to the <br />areas that are not in a Tier 2 or 3 areas.
