RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2022-017 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL <br />APPROVING THE UPDATED CITY OF SAN LEANDRO SEWER SYSTEM <br />MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />WHEREAS, an updated Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP), a copy of which is <br />attached, was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the State Water Resources Control Board requires City Council approval of <br />the SSMP update; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said SSMP. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby RESOLVES <br />as follows: <br />That said document is hereby approved and certification by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Ballew and passed and adopted this 18"' day of January <br />2022, by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: "' <br />Leticia I.
