Parcel Map 11257 <br />conforms to this earlier approval. <br />·On February 2, 2017, the Board of Zoning Adjustments (BZA) approved Conditional Use <br />Permit to establish an approximate 7,704 square foot medical cannabis dispensary within <br />an existing commercial building at 3089 Teagarden Street, subject to Conditions of <br />Approval, for PLN17-0012. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />None.
