DSCC-57520\2494968.2 1 September 17, 2021 <br />EXHIBIT A – Prohibited Commercial Uses <br />No Condominium shall be used for any of the following purposes unless otherwise authorized by <br />the Board: <br /> Animal hospitals <br /> Dance or night clubs <br /> Welding or other uses of open fire or flame <br /> Amusement center <br /> Bingo or game parlor <br /> Billiards parlor or pool hall <br /> Recording studio or any related commercial music production use <br /> Taxidermy shop <br /> Sale of or distribution of graphically-explicit sexual images <br /> Massage or escort services <br /> Dry cleaning plant <br /> Funeral parlor or mortuary <br /> Off-track betting establishment <br /> Sale, display, rental, leasing, repair or storage of parts for automobiles, motorcycles, boats, <br />trucks, trailers, recreational vehicles, mobile homes or other motor vehicles <br /> Tattoo parlor <br /> Church <br /> Employment agency <br /> Political campaign offices <br /> The sale of any firearms, ammunition or weapons, or a shooting gallery or firing range of any type <br /> Bail bond services of any kind, or any activities of a bail bond agent <br /> Pawn shops, pawn brokers, car title lender (which, for purposes of this limitation, will not include <br />auto loans made by a state or federally chartered bank or thrift), or any similar type of lending <br />activity <br /> Pay day lending activities, pay day advances, pay check advances, or any similar type of lending <br />activity
