They were obtained from the Proforma Operating <br />Budget described in Section 6.8 and were derived from plans and not actual measurements. The actual <br />square footage of each Unit may differ. If there is any conflict between the square footage amounts in this <br />Exhibit C and the actual square footage measurements, the square footage measurements in this <br />Exhibit C shall control for purposes of allocating any prorated budget items in order to maintain a stable, <br />reliable and constant proration schedule. <br />No prospective Owner should rely on these estimates in making a decision to acquire a <br />Condominium. <br />Units Square Footage <br />Unit 1 7,704 SF <br />Unit 2 13,784 SF <br />TOTAL: 21,488 SF
