Proposal for a Police Department Staffing Needs Assessment San Leandro, CA <br /> <br />Matrix Consulting Group 21 <br /> <br /> <br />In this task, the project team will also develop assumptions leading to the identification of <br />calls which could be handled by other service providers either alone or in partnership with <br />the Police Department. For each type of service request assumptions would be developed <br />for continuing existing response approaches or utilizing an alternative.
