<br />Consulting Services Agreement between August 1, 2020 <br />City of San Leandro and Local Artists Berkeley — Exhibit A Page 3 of 3 <br />universe in any manner or medium now or hereafter <br />known or devised (including, without limitation, <br />interactive devices, mobile media, Internet and on-line <br />systems any attribution or other credit are expressly <br />listed in the SOW. Parties agree that this license shall <br />expire immediately upon the completion of this SOW <br />and City shall have no rights in whole or in part to any <br />of Vendor’s Programming. Parties agree that all <br />copyright is owned by the artist(s) in which who <br />created the artwork. <br />V. Third Party Contractors and/or Employees <br /> <br />VI. Payment <br />Total Compensation for All Work & Termination City shall pay Vendor according to Schedule A of this <br />SOW as attached below as (“Payment Schedule”) for <br />the mutually agreed to budget for Temporary Public <br />Art Program at Hesperian Triangle attached to this <br />SOW as Schedule B. <br />The City reserves the right to cancel this agreement <br />without cause, subject to 30 days’ notice to Vendor. <br />City shall pay Vendor according to Schedule A.
