City of San Leandro <br />2824 Halcyon Drive Residential Project <br /> <br />42 <br />Conclusion <br />Potential impacts to historical resources have been identified in the General Plan EIR, and the <br />project would have no direct or indirect significant effects on historical resources and would not <br />require new mitigation measures. As the project would have less than significant impacts on <br />unrecorded subsurface archaeological resources and/or human remains with compliance with <br />existing laws and policies, the project’s impact would be generally the same as that identified in the <br />General Plan EIR for the plan as a whole. Accordingly, no additional review is required.
