Improve the walkability of <br />all streets in San Leandro through the planning, implementing, <br />and maintaining of pedestrian supportive infrastructure. <br />Consistent. The project would include the <br />construction of sidewalks on both sides of the new <br />public street which would connect to existing <br />pedestrian sidewalks along Muscari Street and <br />Elderberry Way. <br />As shown above, the project would be consistent with applicable development policies and no <br />impact would occur. <br />Conclusion <br />The project would have no impact regarding division of an established community, as identified in <br />the General Plan EIR. In addition, the project would be consistent with all applicable General Plan <br />policies. The project would not result in new specific effects that were not addressed in the General <br />Plan EIR, and no new mitigation measures would be required. Accordingly, no additional review is <br />required.
