In applying the <br />criteria set forth in <br />subdivision (c) of Public <br />Resources Code Section <br />5024.1, the lead agency <br />shall consider the <br />significance of the <br />resource to a California <br />Native American tribe.□■□□ ■ <br />Analysis in Previous Environmental Document <br />At the time of the General Plan EIR adoption, Tribal Cultural Resource discussion was captured <br />under the Cultural Resources section. However, this section was subsequently added as a <br />standalone section to the CEQA Guidelines checklist. <br />The General Plan EIR analyzes Tribal Cultural Resources within discussion about Cultural Resource <br />impacts on pages 4.4-17 through 4.4-18 regarding substantial adverse changes in the significance of <br />a tribal cultural resource as defined in Public Resources Code 21074. The General Plan EIR finds that <br />impacts to tribal cultural resources would be less than significant.
