RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022-xx <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A $200,000 <br />CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PLANIT GEO AND THEIR <br />SUBCONSULTANTS TO DEVELOP A CITYWIDE TREES MASTER PLAN <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and PlanIT Geo, a copy of <br />which is attached, is presented to this City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, funding for this agreement is appropriated into the American Rescue Plan <br />Act (ARPA) Account 190-12-819-5190; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro RESOLVES as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 budget will be increased by the balance of $200,000, less <br />any direct expenditures incurred for this project, that remains at the close of Fiscal Year 2021- <br />2022; and that the exact project balance, as determined by the Finance Department, shall be <br />appropriated into Account 190-12-819-5190 for Fiscal Year 2022-2023; <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by _______ and passed and adopted this 2nd day of May 2022, by the following <br />vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Kelly B.
