File Number: 22-292 <br />writing by the contractor of the work to be done, schedule, and the contact information of <br />key project staff. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />The FY 2021-2022 Rubberized Pavement Grant will pay for $14 of every ton of rubberized asphalt <br />concrete installed during the grant term and $1 for every square yard of rubberized chip sealing. <br />The grant term will expire on April 1, 2024, and will be used to partially reimburse the City for <br />future roadwork projects that will utilize materials containing recycled tires. <br />The specific locations where this grant will be applied are not yet determined. They will be the <br />streets that will be repaved with rubberized asphalt concrete or sealed with rubberized chip <br />sealing during the construction seasons in 2022 and 2023. <br />Budget Authority <br />As the Rubberized Pavement Grant Program does not require matching funds, no additional <br />funds are needed if the City receives this grant funding. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Attachment A - Resolution of the City of San Leandro City Council Authorizing Submittal of <br />Application(s) for All CalRecycle Grants for Which the City of San Leandro is Eligible <br />PREPARED BY: Kyle K.
