Certain conditions—including, but not limited to, the nature of the proposed operation; <br />transportation characteristics of persons residing, working, or visiting the site; or the availability of <br />shared parking that serves more than one property or use, the peak parking hours of which do not <br />overlap or coincide to the degree that peak demand will be greater than the total supply—exist that <br />will reduce parking demand at the site; or because existing development precludes the addition of <br />parking spaces; The parking demand will be less than the requirement in Section 4.08.108 Off - <br />Street Parking and Loading Spaces Required; and <br />B. The use will adequately be served by the proposed parking.The probable long-term occupancy of <br />the building or structure, based on its design, will not generate additional parking demand; or <br />C. Existing buildings are converted to new uses, leading to finding A or B above. <br />D. Shared parking that serves more than one use or site shall be encouraged in Mixed -Use zoning <br />districts. <br />In reaching a decision, the Board of Zoning Adjustmentsreview authority shall consider survey data <br />submitted by an applicant or collected at the applicant’s or Zoning Enforcement Official’s request and the <br />applicant’s expense. <br />139
