Tandem Parking. Tandem parking may be permitted to satisfy parking requirements in <br />accordance with the following. <br />1. No more than two vehicles shall be placed one behind the other. <br />2. Both spaces shall be assigned to a single dwelling unit or non-residential establishment. <br />a.
