Mogensen, AICP <br />Planning Manager <br />City of San Leandro Community Development Department <br />835 East 14th Street <br />San Leandro, CA 94577 <br />Re: Amendment No. ONE – Continuation of As-Needed Senior Contract Planner Assistance (P68556) <br />Dear Mr. Mogensen: <br />Pursuant to SWCA Environmental Consultants’ July 27, 2020 Consulting Services Agreement, we are pleased <br />to amend our as-needed Senior Contract Planning Services agreement, dated July 25, 2021, with t he City of <br />San Leandro’s Community and Development Department to extend these services through June 30, 2023. <br />Amendment No. ONE continues as-needed planning assistance in an amount not to exceed $150,000. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />SWCA will continue providing as-needed senior contract planning assistance to the City of San Leandro’s <br />Community and Development Department on an as-needed basis, through June 30, 2023. The following <br />contract planning services will be provided and billed hourly in an amount not to exceed $150,000. <br />SWCA will continue supporting the following projects, though additional projects may be assigned later if <br />conditions necessitate: <br />1.PLN20-0009, 100 & 200 Halcyon: CUP/SPR- CUP modification to permit Amazon indoor parking <br />facilities. CEQA Scope of Work, Project deemed compete for processing. <br />2.PLN20-0036, 880 Doolittle Dr: CUP/SPR- Last Mile Distribution Facility/Delivery Station. <br />Resubmittal out for Engineering review only (internal comments due 8/12/21.) <br />3.PLN21-0027, 1091 Doolittle Dr: CUP/SPR/FM- Metal Recycler Heavy Processing Facility <br />Expansion. Routed internally, 30-day letter due 8/20/20. <br />Primary point of contact will continue to be Andrew Mogensen, Planning Manager. Secondary point of contact <br />will be Avalon Schultz, Principal Planner or Tom Liao, Community Development Director. <br />SWCA Invoices will continue to identify specific hours worked on each assigned application project, so that the <br />City can direct the hours from each project’s individual deposit. <br />Exhibit A <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 CSA <br />SWCA ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS <br />FOR PLANNING SERVICES January 4, 2022395
