15 <br />SLMO 2022 Memorandum of Understanding <br />position(s). In addition, other professional certificates/licenses may be reimbursed <br />with the prior approval of the Department Head and the concurrence of the City <br />Manager. <br /> <br />21.2 Safety Shoes <br />Managers assigned to classifications designated by the City who are required to <br />wear safety shoes shall be reimbursed on a biennial basis. The maximum amount <br />will be two hundred and twenty-five dollars ($225.00). <br /> <br />21.3 Application of Pay and Benefits <br /> Only employees of the City, at the time this agreement is ratified by the City <br />Council, are eligible to receive any of the salary or benefits so provided. <br /> <br />21. 4 Classification and Compensation Study <br />At the time of this contract, the agreed upon classification and compensation study <br />was in progress. Upon completion of the study, the City and SLMO will meet and <br />confer to discuss the results as part of good faith negotiations on a successor <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Section 22.0 Term of Agreement <br /> <br />The above modifications have been agreed upon by the signatories of this Memorandum <br />and shall be presented as a joint recommendation for implementation in reference to all <br />employees represented by the San Leandro Management Organization.
