Furthermore, the Modified Project is in compliance with the General Plan <br />Designation and applicable Planned Development Overlay Zoning process, which were approved for the <br />project area as part of the First Addendum review. Thus, the Modified Project would not result in a new <br />impact or a substantial increase in magnitude of the existing impacts in terms of consistency with any <br />land use plan, policy, or regulation adopted for the purpose of mitigating an environmental effect. <br /> <br /> <br />
