As discussed in the GHG Emissions, Transportation, and <br />Noise sections of this Addendum, the Modified Project would not result in a new significant and <br />unavoidable impact that was not previously addressed within the Certified EIR for the Original Project and <br />the First Addendum. Therefore, implementation of the Modified Project would not result in a new impact <br />or a substantial increase in magnitude of the impact related to environmental effects that would cause <br />substantial adverse effects on human being, either directly or indirectly.
