<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between June 1, 2022 <br />City of San Leandro and Lind Marine, Inc. — Exhibit A Page 2 of 2 <br />4. Transport vessels to the contractor’s site for dismantling and demolition. <br /> <br />5. Dispose of all vessels. The vessels may not be refurbished or resold. <br /> <br />6. Submit photographs (showing CF or #ID) of each step to the City of San Leandro Project Manager, including <br />hazardous waste removal, dismantling, demolition and disposal of the vessels. <br /> <br />7. Remove boats from the San Leandro Marina between the hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday. <br /> <br />8. Be aware of tides at all times. At a minus tide the area is shallow where the vessels are berthed. <br /> <br />9. Itemize the bid amount for each vessel. The City has received a limited grant for this project through the <br />California Division of Boating and Waterways (DBW). Based on availability of funds, the City reserves the <br />right to select individual vessels from the list to be removed and disposed of for this project. <br /> <br />PLEASE NOTE: Contractor shall be required to sign a Non-Professional Services Agreement (NPSA draft attached), <br />submit Certificate of Insurance with DBW grant agreement number listed and endorsements, and a City of San <br />Leandro Business License prior to issuance of the purchase order (PO). Contractor listed in bid proposals must <br />be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) in order to be eligible to work. Work is <br />to be scheduled by Contractor with issuance of PO and be completed within 30 days. <br /> <br />If the proposed scope of work (dependent upon number of boats selected by the City) exceeds $50,000, the <br />NPSA will need to go to the City Council for approval prior to the City issuing the PO. For scheduling purposes, <br />the process to obtain Council approval of the NPSA and issuance of the PO can take up to 3-4 months (assuming <br />all required insurance and paperwork from the Contractor is in order). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
