Lennon (property owner) (appeals the decision of the Planning Commission to deny the rezoning and redevelopment at 14340 Washington Avenue, located on the east side of Washington Avenue and south of 143rd Avenue. The proposal is to clear the site with the exception of the two-story office building at the front of the property and to redevelop the property with a new self -storage facility with a manager's office and residence within the retained two-story building).
