In conclusion, we would request that both the current and projected <br />future impact on Davis Street Development be further evaluated. West <br />San Leandro cannot become a dumping ground. We would also request <br />that any development include tenants who are pro community and not <br />have the dismal track record that Fed Ex does. Tenants who are pro <br />community and are willing to contribute to the good will of the local area. <br />
