Work Session on PLN2002-00031; Tentative Map, Rezone (from IG Industrial <br />General to IG-PD Industrial General, Planned Development Overlay District), <br />Planned Development, Zoning Map Amendment, Master Sign Program, and an <br />Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for a proposed new industrial <br />business park (former Hoener property); 2500 Davis Street; APN 79A-515-2-8; <br />McMahon Development Group LLC (property owner and applicant). <br />Hanson Hom, Community Development Director summarized the staff report, and <br />noted that the item was considered by the Commissioners at the special meeting held July <br />30, 2002. There was a lack of an affirmative vote for recommendation for either denial or <br />approval of the project at that time. The Planning Commission forwarded the item to the <br />City Council without a recommendation. The Council considered the item on September <br />3, 2002, and continued the item with referral back to the Planning Commission for <br />
