IV. MAINTENANCE <br />A. The site shall be adequately watered to eliminate any dust from this operation <br />being detectable beyond the boundaries of the site. <br />B. The applicant shall treat Eden Road so tricks from the operation do not .create <br />dust and so dust, dirt or mud is not tracked onto Doolittle Drive or other streets in <br />the City. <br />C. The site shall be maintained in a neat, weed free and litter free condition at all <br />times. <br />V. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />A. The applicant shall pursue with the City the use of reclaimed water from the <br />Water Pollution Control Plant for dust control on the site and on Eden Road. <br />B. The applicant shall conform to the pertinent provisions of the Subdivision Map - <br />Act as determined by the City Engineer. <br />C. The applicant shall conform to all requirements of the Alameda County Fire <br />Department for access to the site and required water supply, details subject to <br />approval of the Fire Department. <br />D. Trucks using Eden Road in connection with this recycling facility shall not exceed <br />five miles per hour. <br />E. Install and maintain "No Dumping" signs on Eden Road. The locations and the <br />wording of the signs to be approved by staff. <br />F. This application shall be reviewed administratively on or before six months <br />(January 18, 2003) to determine that continued compliance with all conditions is <br />being maintained. <br />G. The approval granted by the, City as a result of this application, as well as the <br />Modified Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the .office of the County <br />Recorder of Alameda County, <br />H. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval may <br />be submitted or accepted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full <br />compliance with all terms of the application and Modified Conditions of <br />Approval; or (ii) the Community Development Director waives compliance with <br />the terms of the application and Modified Conditions of Approval pending <br />application for amendment. <br />Modified Conditions of Approval July 18, 2002 <br />CU-93-14 Page 2 of 2 <br />
