IV. MAINTENANCE A. The site shall be adequately watered to eliminate any dust from this operation being detectable beyond the boundaries of the site. B. The applicant shall treat Eden Road so tricks from the operation do not .create dust and so dust, dirt or mud is not tracked onto Doolittle Drive or other streets in the City. C. The site shall be maintained in a neat, weed free and litter free condition at all times. V. GENERAL CONDITIONS A. The applicant shall pursue with the City the use of reclaimed water from the Water Pollution Control Plant for dust control on the site and on Eden Road. B. The applicant shall conform to the pertinent provisions of the Subdivision Map - Act as determined by the City Engineer. C. The applicant shall conform to all requirements of the Alameda County Fire Department for access to the site and required water supply, details subject to approval of the Fire Department. D. Trucks using Eden Road in connection with this recycling facility shall not exceed five miles per hour. E. Install and maintain "No Dumping" signs on Eden Road. The locations and the wording of the signs to be approved by staff. F. This application shall be reviewed administratively on or before six months (January 18, 2003) to determine that continued compliance with all conditions is being maintained. G. The approval granted by the, City as a result of this application, as well as the Modified Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the .office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, H. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval may be submitted or accepted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full compliance with all terms of the application and Modified Conditions of Approval; or (ii) the Community Development Director waives compliance with the terms of the application and Modified Conditions of Approval pending application for amendment.
