are where the cars are. There i; ; that sits on the side of the road w}_-_ey have been
taking parts off or whatever, that's their business but that's out in the road. I'm not doing that.
There's nothing in the front, there's is nothing that I own on that road, its all clear.
[his is the turnaround where my truck is sitting again. You see the C&G sign. When you come
down Eden Road, if you bear to the left over next to the building and then you can swing back
around where my sign is attached to the cyclone fence and come back out where my truck is
parked. Again, the reason I made that I want to show you that the road looks uniform. There is
no debris or anything on that road been put there by me. Ferma Corp. did dump out there but I
cleaned that- up.
And one other thing I would like to show you because I've got many pictures. If I could just
show you the slide where I have the signs up on the road that I've put out in steel posts with
concrete around and hoping that that will stay there. No, that's not true. That sign there is by
Arrow Truck Parts operation because we have two gates. We have one gate at Doolittle, that's the
entry gate but there is a sign right there for anybody coming in that one way street plainly says
"No Dumping" with the ordinance number on it.
This is right at Doolittle Drive and Eden Road when you turn left off Doolittle to go in to the
property. You see all the tires and debris in front of my neighbor's property. They are not being
called in, sir. I'm being called in. But it used to be like that all the way through to the end and
I've cleaned that up at my expense. Even the car tires cost at least $5.00 a piece to get rid of. I
just did that not to bad mouth my neighbors but to prove a point what I have done because that's
the way it used to look all the way through. And it doesn't look like that anymore. So I stand
ere tonight proud, lady and gentlemen, stating what I have done because the proof of the
udding is in the taste and a picture speaks a thousand words.
Now let me just address one other thing and I'm done. Let's talk about the big huge stockpile you
saw. I have a deal with RNL Brosamer, the contractor that doing the overpass on 98th Avenue.
What I did, my son operates that center for me. He pushed dirt from the back to the front and
made a big pile right there near the gate so that when the trucks come in to be loaded we can do it
productively. But I can't move that pile until they build a separate retaining wall so they can
accept the fill. I haul with Mag Trucking out of Hayward over 3,000 yards of material off that
site to this site. And, I've got proof of that. I've got truck tags to prove that.
The second thing I would like to address is the name of my company is C&G Recyclers. Here is
my business license, Mr. Chairman. Any mail or any correspondence about that license can be
mailed to my office to my attention.. There have been signs posted all over the area down there
saving C&G Contractors are out of compliance and people are calling our office asking us what's
wrong. Because when I tried and tried to get the permit on C&G Contractors, the Planning
Commission approved that but under the licensing division they said you can't do. that, you said
you are a recycling business. Who is C&G Recycling? I told them number one, it's me. Number -
two. my partner Howard Ransom who is the owner of Galbraith Golf Course. C&G Contractors
Inc. has nothing to do with that operation. And that's the truth. So I'm not saying here that's a
technicality. I'm here speaking you the honest truth. Howard Ransom and I, and it's in my
.inutes, I will show you who the owners are and between me I've got all this correspondence on
.e City and everything else.
Board of Zoning Adjustments Meeting August 1, 1996
Minute No. 96-15 y Page 7 of 12 ;
